Augusto Orsini

Augusto Orsini is CEO, Board member and Shareholder of STS Medical Group. Mr. Orsini is also founder and major shareholder of AEM Biotech, a consulting firm in medical device industry. He has a 30-year experience in the industry of medical devices. Prior to STS, Augusto Orsini was CEO of Servizi Italia Medical, a supplier of CPTs and consumables to the Italian surgical theater and sterilization markets; CEO of Amedes S.p.A., a company active in the distribution of medical devices in South Europe; Business Manager of the Acute Care division of Mölnlycke Health Care. Mr. Orsini had the original idea for STS Medical Group in 2008 and teamed up with entrepreneurial investor Monitor Clipper Partners from 2011 onwards. Mr. Orsini received an MBA in Accountancy Finance in 1991, from the Consorzio Studi Postuniversitari Pavese (Pavia University, Associazione Industriali Pavese e Banca Intesa). He also attended many Executive programs at prestigious Business schools such as IMD, Nus/Stanford and UCLA. Augusto speaks Italian and English.

Dr. Rogers Wod' Olobo Okot-Uma (PhD)

Dr. Okot-Uma is an expert in information and technology systems. He is a STEM expert, professor, researcher, author, historian, and services professional. His career at the Commonwealth Secretariat in London spanned several decades. He is the founder and proprietor of Studies Forum International (SFI), which includes SFI Academy, SFI Publishing, and SFI Consulting. SFI Consulting provides consulting and advisory services to a broad range of clientele in, among others, the areas of IT, ICT4D, Public Sector Informatics, and Electronic Governance. SFI Academy focuses on Mathematics, Physics, ICT4D, and Luo EthnoHistory. Dr. Okot-Uma has written and published many literary and academic works in these fields. He was selected as Top CEO in Mathematics Sector by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP), for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the field. He is completing a widely researched body of work, an 8-volume book series and historical masterpiece, that covers five millennia of the Nilotic Luo Ethnic Origin, Migration and Settlement along the Nile valley. This body of work set to be released in June 2024 is titled, ``The Luo: Truly Out of the Nile - A synoptic Synthesis of the Nilotic Luo History and The Ethno-Historical Luo Heritage of Barack Obama.``

Mary Claire Reinstadtler

An economist and business manager by profession, Ms. Reinstadtler has over 25 years of working experience, 20 of those in management, senior management and executive roles. She has spent her career in a variety of leadership roles in banking and finance, and in international and economic development internationally. She has held management roles spearheading organizational development, startup and growth from concept, founding through funding, implementation, operational and business development, product and service development, completion, closure, monitoring and evaluation. Additionally, she worked in senior advisory or consulting roles, policy and stewardship roles such as CEO/ Managing Director, Board Member or Management running operations of new or existing MSME-oriented commercial banks. The clients, partners, investors or shareholders in the international development projects she worked for over the last few years were always multilateral and bilateral organizations as well as foundations such as World Bank, IFC (International Finance Corporation, KFW (German Bank for Reconstruction and Development), European Investment Bank (EIB), GIZ (German Agency for International Development), EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development), Gates Foundation, and the Dutch DOEN Foundation among others. Ms. Reinstadtler has direct experience setting up SME-oriented commercial and universal banks from scratch. For example; setting up a greenfield bank, AccessBank Liberia as part of the banking group AccessHolding AG, Germany; holding stewardship roles such as CEO, Managing Director or Board Member of that same bank or similar existing commercial banks for the banking group ProCredit Holding AG, Germany, for example, ProCredit Bank Ghana (now Fidelity Bank Ghana), ProCredit Bank Albania or serving as Board Director of ProCredit Bank Sierra Leone (now EcoBank), all banks that provided financing opportunities to the lower end of the market not served by traditional commercial banks.
She also worked in diplomatic roles for the German Agency for International Development (GIZ) as a Senior Policy Advisor on Sustainable Economic Development and Private Sector Development issues. In this role, she advised central banks, commercial banks, microfinance institutions as well as consumer protection and financial literacy agencies among others. Most recently, she worked as a Business Manager in the Wholesale Banking division at ING-DiBa AG, ING Bank in Germany - a European digital and agile bank. This bank division handled clients with an annual revenue of >EUR 250 million. She has extensive experience working with other major German commercial banks, fund management firms, investment & private equity companies as well as research agencies in Germany. These include Deutsche Bank AG, Commerzbank AG, Henderson Global Investors, TRW-WEFA Treasury Operations, Global Insight etc. She founded COLOURS GLOBAL (http://coloursglobal.com/), a black/minority/woman-owned international development consulting firm that doubles as an innovative and disruptive tech startup. As a versatile skilled manager and passionate leader experienced in operational, technical and policy management, she has led the development of strategies and projects to initiate and manage projects, identify and drive growth opportunities supported by rigorous research, analysis and resource mobilization. She holds an MSc. International and Development Economics & Finance and a BSc. Economics and Business Management, both from Johann Wolfgang von Goethe-University, Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
